Terms of Delivery

General Information
The products in the online store are sold by Nordic Esthetique Trading Oy, Tampere. Business ID: 2594921-2. We sell products to individuals of legal age and companies, currently only within Finland. Deliveries to other countries are made only under special conditions.
The product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs. Online store offers and prices apply only to orders placed through the online store.
The terms and conditions of the agreement and their application are governed by Finnish law.
Ordering
Products are ordered online via www.hoitolasi.fi through the shopping cart 24/7.
NOTICE! All registered customers who have created a user account receive a 10% discount on their orders.
All orders are confirmed automatically via email, specifying the order price, shipping costs, and ordered products. Receiving an order confirmation requires providing a correct and functional email address during the order process. Customers agree to the current delivery terms with each order placed.
Through your user account on our website, you can review the contents of your order.
The customer must provide their name, address, phone number, and email address when placing an order. The shopping cart will display the selected products, their prices, payment method options, and home delivery information.
Once the order has been submitted, it is considered a binding contract. The submission of an order is regarded as a mutually binding agreement that neither party can unilaterally alter. Both parties are committed to following the order and contractual terms in force at the time of the agreement. By placing an order, the customer is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions, the product specifications, the applicable offers, the delivery times, and the informational disclaimers, such as the fact that the actual color of the product may differ from the images displayed in the online store.
Nordic Esthetique Trading Oy is committed to delivering the product as per the agreed specifications, prices, and order conditions in effect at the time of purchase. Nordic Esthetique Trading Oy is obliged to notify the customer promptly, in accordance with consumer protection laws, if the product specifications or delivery times differ from those stated at the time of purchase. In such cases, the customer has the right to exchange the product or cancel the order.
Payment Methods
Products and shipping costs are paid at the time of order. The following payment methods are available in the online store: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Local Cooperative Banks, Savings Banks, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, Klarna, and credit cards. Payments are processed via Paytrail Oy's website.
Payments with Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard
If you wish to pay with Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard, Nordic Esthetique Trading Oy acts solely as the marketer of products and services and delivers the products to the buyer. Paytrail Oyj is responsible for handling claims. Paytrail Oy operates as the seller for Visa, Visa Electron, and MasterCard payments, meaning the transaction is formed between the customer and Paytrail Oy. The seller is responsible for all trade-related obligations. Paytrail Oy also serves as the recipient of the payment.

Online Banking Payments
Online banking payment and financing services are provided by Paytrail Oy (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and financial institutions. Paytrail Oy receives the payment and transfers it to the merchant. For the user, the service functions like traditional online banking payments.
Orders are processed on the next business day by 18:00 once payment has been received.
Paytrail Account
Paytrail saves you from repeatedly entering your delivery and payment details for online shopping. Register and link your debit or credit card to your user account just once. Thereafter, confirm purchases in thousands of online stores using a single login. The service is free.
How it works:
Proceed to checkout in the online store. Create a free Paytrail account during payment, verify your identity with your bank credentials, and proceed to payment.
Add a payment card (debit or credit). Storing and processing card details are secure.
Your details are securely stored in Paytrail’s system. You can log into your user account anytime at Paytrail.com to review your purchase history and manage your user details. In the future, confirm your purchases in thousands of online stores with a single login!
Prices
Product prices are valid from the date they are published on the hoitolasi.fi website.
Prices include 25.5% VAT.
Product prices do not include shipping. The separate shipping cost is displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to select a suitable shipping method.
Product prices may change due to promotions, campaigns, and other influencing factors. Each order is processed according to the prices, delivery times, product specifications, and contractual terms in force at the time the order was placed.
Delivery Time
Nordic Esthetique Trading Oy is committed to delivering products within the stated delivery times. Nordic Esthetique Trading Oy is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as manufacturing or import issues.
Nordic Esthetique Trading Oy must notify the customer promptly, in accordance with consumer protection laws, of any changes affecting product availability, delivery times, or quality.
Products are shipped Monday through Friday. If you order an in-stock item before 11:00 AM on a weekday, your package will usually be dispatched by the next business day. Depending on banking processes and stock availability, the package typically arrives within 2-6 business days after payment.
The online store also allows orders for products arriving later. In such cases, an estimated arrival week is specified. Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 days of the product arriving in stock.
If your package has not arrived within 10 days, please contact us.
Customers will be notified personally of any exceptional delivery times.
Delivery Method and Costs
Packaging and shipping costs depend on the chosen delivery method and are automatically added to the order total.
Note! We cannot waive shipping costs for treatment furniture. Shipping costs for treatment furniture depend on the final destination and, in some cases, the weight of the shipment.
Shipping and Delivery Terms
We deliver smaller orders via Matkahuolto or Posti, according to your selection. If you choose home delivery, Posti or Matkahuolto will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. The choice of home delivery provider is based on the size of the package, the pricing of different carriers, and the address you provide.
Please select the delivery method carefully, as we will ship the package according to your choice.
If you selected home delivery, the shipping companies will deliver products within the delivery times applicable at the time of order. The carrier handling the delivery will contact the customer prior to delivery. In doorstep delivery, the product will be brought to the first external door. For example, in an apartment building, the product will be delivered to the main entrance.
Payments Upon Delivery: Home delivery does not include payment transactions.
Delivery Address: The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Nordic Esthetique Trading Oy is not liable for any consequences or costs if the customer provides incorrect address details or fails to update a changed address in time. Once the carrier has taken possession of the shipment, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Multiple Shipments: If a customer purchases more than one product at a time, the products may arrive separately.
Tracking Code: Once your order has been packed, we will send you a tracking code via email. You can track your shipment at www.matkahuolto.fi under "Shipment Tracking" or www.posti.fi under "Track Shipment," depending on the chosen delivery method. If you did not receive a tracking code or order confirmation via email, you can request it from our customer service. The most common reason for missing order confirmation or tracking code emails is an incorrect email address.
Arrival and Pickup of Shipment: When the shipment is available for pickup at your chosen delivery location, Matkahuolto or Posti will send you a text message. To receive this notification, you must provide a correct and valid mobile phone number during the order process. Your phone number will not be used for other purposes. Please bring a valid ID when picking up your shipment.
Problems During Transport and Damaged Products: During transportation, packages may sometimes become torn or dented. At the time of delivery, the customer should inspect the package’s exterior condition. If there is visible external damage, it should be checked in the presence of the carrier to determine if the product itself has been damaged. Visible damage must be reported upon receipt of the shipment, as per transportation laws, as carriers are not required to accept later claims regarding visible damage. Unfortunately, we cannot process late claims.
If the shipment is damaged during transport, a complaint must be made immediately upon receipt to Posti or Matkahuolto, depending on the carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot process late claims.
Open packages immediately, as hidden damages that are not visible on the package exterior must be reported to the carrier within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, the seller must have time to notify the carrier before the 7-day deadline, so it is crucial to report damages without delay. Unfortunately, we cannot process late claims.
If a product is lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, the customer must report the issue immediately to myynti@esthetique.fi. Reports of incorrect deliveries or damaged products must be made to Nordic Esthetique Trading Oy on the same day the product is received. Unfortunately, we cannot process late claims.
Unclear Cases: If a customer fails to report visible damage to the carrier or hidden damage within the given time frame to Nordic Esthetique Trading Oy’s customer service, the loss may fall on the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot process late claims.
According to consumer trade regulations, Nordic Esthetique Trading Oy is responsible for the product if it is lost or damaged during delivery to the customer. However, if the product is damaged or lost when being returned to Nordic Esthetique Trading Oy, the customer or the responsible shipping company bears the liability.

Personal Data
Customer information collected during registered orders is stored solely for the esthetique.fi customer database. The register is confidential and used only for esthetique.fi customer service purposes.
Nordic Esthetique Trading Oy does not disclose customer information without the customer’s consent. Customers have the right to request the removal of their personal and contact details from the register at any time without providing a reason.
Exchange and Return Policy
If you wish to exchange or return a defective product, please first contact Nordic Esthetique Trading Oy customer service at myynti@esthetique.fi.
Customers will receive return instructions via email, detailing how to pack the product, required information for the return, and shipping details.
Products must not be returned without prior agreement with our customer service. We do not accept returns that have not been pre-arranged with our customer service.

Returns should primarily be sent to:Verkkokauppa hoitolasi.fi, Satakunnankatu 28 L 2, 33210 Tampere.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns sent to parcel lockers. Please send returns either directly to our address on Satakunnankatu or to the customer service points of Posti and Matkahuolto. You can find the return addresses below:
If needed, you can request a return code for Posti from us to cover the return costs. Please contact us at myynti@hoitolasi.fi to obtain the return code.
As a general rule, return costs are reimbursed. However, please note that Verkkokauppa hoitolasi.fi supports climate initiatives, and therefore, return costs for reasons other than warranty claims or complaints will be the customer's responsibility. Additionally, if an order sent to a parcel locker is not collected, we will charge the cost of reshipping the order.
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.
Customers have a 14-day exchange and return right under Finnish consumer protection law for products purchased from the online store. The return period begins from the date the item is received.
The return policy applies only to unused, undamaged, and resalable products in their original packaging. The product and packaging must be in the same condition as when delivered.
Inspecting the product is permitted, but it must be done in a way similar to what is allowed in a physical store.
Familiarization with the Product
Familiarization with the product is considered to be of the same extent and quality as a customer would have when examining the product and its features in a physical store before purchasing. The product must not be used during the familiarization period.
The 14-day return policy for online purchases does not apply if the customer orders the products in person at the store.
In case of a return, the customer is responsible for delivering the product to the nearest shipping company's service point for return transport. The customer will always be informed personally about the return procedure for the specific product.
The full amount of the product will be refunded to the customer’s account within 30 days of the product’s return, provided that the product is unused, in a resalable condition, and packed in its original packaging.
If the product has lost its sales value due to the customer’s actions, the customer is required to compensate Nordic Esthetique Trading Oy for the difference between the product’s original price and its depreciated value. In such cases, the refunded amount will be reduced accordingly. The depreciation of the product will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
