This tool is meant for clipping off nail tips to the required length. Nail tips must be clipped off at a right angle ( 90degrees). It is important to pay attention to cutting so you do not fracture the tip. In the middle of maintenance when tips are covered with artificial materials we do not recommend using a tip cutter for shortening the nails because the gel or acrylic layer will suffer and might fracture. May be used with caution on fibreglass nails.
