Toner for eyebrows and eyelashes for demanding professional use. You can also mix these colors. This is how you create a unique color for each customer.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove grease from eyelashes and eyebrows. Apply the ointment to the lower eyelids and place an eyelash pad with ointment on one side. The pillow should not have folds and should fit well under the eyelashes. Press it lightly into place. Mix a little toner into the creamy paste, about two (2) centimeters, and about ten drops of ION DYE MAKER just before application. Carefully apply the mixture to the client's closed eyelashes with a colored pen until they are completely covered. Then apply the same or brighter color in the direction of hair growth on the eyebrows and avoid staining the skin. After 10 to 15 minutes (depending on the desired intensity). Clean the eyebrows with a clean cotton pad and then clean with soap. Remove stains from the skin with a dye remover but avoid touching the skin around the eyes. Remove the eyelash pads by pulling up and remove excess color with clean water and a cotton pad. The customer's eyes must remain completely closed throughout the application phase. The color will remain open for six weeks.
PRECAUTIONS:
Hair dyes can cause severe hypersensitivity reactions. Read and follow the instructions. Contains P-PHENYLENEDIAMINE. The product may cause an allergic reaction. Perform the test before use. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. Wear suitable gloves.
