Usage:
Cure gel polish or color gel (leave tacky layer and use ARTISA top).
Rub pigment onto the nail using a silicone tool, applicator, or fingertip.
Remove excess powder and seal with 2 layers of top coat.
Suitable for full coverage or detailed nail art.
