Question: I have registered as a user, but I did not receive my 10% discount. Why?

Answer: You have placed your order without logging in. Even if you filled in your information when placing the order, the system cannot connect you to your registered customer account. Please always log in when you order! You will then also see the directly reduced prices with which you can make your purchase. You can find instructions below.


Question: Why can't I access the wishlist without logging in?

Answer: We do not save any information from users who browse our pages without logging in. That is why you can't use the wish list then. When you log in, your wish list is always saved and available to you.
